London, Nov. 18: The Brazilian Government has remitted to Lon- don sufficient funds to pay for coupons due at the beginning of next year on foreign loans to the country. The Finance Minister of Brazil stated that the Government will make payments up-to-date un- til a new agreement is reached with foreign creditors.--
