COMPLETION OF THE NORFOLK H.M.8. Norfolk will complete shortly her long rent at Devon- port, where she returned in June from service as flagship on the East Indies Station. Recently the
second watch returned from their foreign service leave, and the ship will now reduce to the minimum complement required for refit, until she is ready to recommission for further service in the East, Indles.
To-day, Commander J. Hughes- Hallett will join the Norfolk for duty in succession to Commander G. T. Philip. p.8.c. For the past two years he has been in the Plans Division.
