It is understood that the War Office in London has decided that the wives and families of the Royal Welch Fusillers who are now sta- cloned in Shanghal, are to be sent to England,

The action has been ordered it is learned, in order that the married quarters may be made available for "the wives and families of the men of the Middlesex Regiment, now in Hong Kong from Singapore.

Precise details of the transfer are not yet known, but it is thought that the familles of the Middlesex Regiment will be brought to Hong Kong shortly, by the next trooper, and that the families of the men of the Royal Welch Fusillers will leave for England in the same sh'p on her return trip.
