Moscow, September 15. Newpapers are busily discussing implications of the alleged impending Italo-Japan agreement. "Pravda" says that a military alliance is foreshadowed directed primarily against Britain as Tokyo wants to see Britain more deeply invpired in the Mediterranean while Rome wants her attention to be distracted from the Far East. The newspaper also anticipates a tripartite agreement between Gers many, Italy and Japan and says that the Italo-Japanese rapproche ment re-emphasises the need for peaceable countries to unite for a collective defence for peace and security which the Nyon Pact had demonstrated can be organised-Reuter.
