Arrangements for the annual match between Kowloon and Hong Kong, the finale of the fawn bowls season, were made at a general, committee meeting of the Hong Kong Lawn Bowls Association held in the Board Room of the "South China Morning Post" yesterday.
Mr. R. Basa presided, and was supported by Mr. C. B. Hosking on. Secretary) and representatives of the respective Clubs.
Saturday, October 2, was chosen for the Kowloon v. Hong Kong encounter for the Aitkenhead Shield. to take place, play commencing at 2.30 p.m.

Omar, Interporter and former title holder, and this year's leading skip in the First Division League, will find in Randic, the C.S.C.C. skip, a no mean opponent.
Randle is playing very well at present and In many quarters is favoured to win the title against the experienced Cralgengower skip. Omar, with his younger brother, A. M. Omar, this year won the Open Pairs title.

FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION TO CHANGE RULES
An Extraordinary. General meet- Ing of the Hong Kong Football Association will be held at Glou- cester. Bullding. Room 205, on Sept.-20. at 5.30 p.m. when the following proposed alterations to rules will be considered:
(1) Rule 3 of the Hong Kong Football Association Delete the first two sentences in the first. to fourth lines thereof
and substitute the following:
The entrance ree shall be as follows: for Leagues and Clubs. Ten Dollars a year, for Referees and Linesmen. Two Dollars D year The annual subscription shall be as follows: for Leagues and Clubs, Ten Dollars a year. for Referees, Two Dollars a year. for Linesmen, One Dollar year.
(2) Rule 5 of the Hong Kong Amateur Football League Delete the first sentence in the first to third nes thereof and substitute the following:
The League shall be divided into such divisions, or sections of divisions, each 'division or section of a division to consist of such number of Clubs as the Com- mittee may decide.
(3) Rule 7 of the Hong Kong Amateur Football League "' Delete the first sentence in the first to tourth lines thereof and substitute the following:
Each team in each division or section of a division shall play Home and Away matches with each other team in the same division or section of a division and fixtures for each division or - section of a division will be ar- ranged by the Committee at a special meeting convened for that purpose.
(4) Rule 20 of the Hong Kong

At the end of the Season the Club having the greatest number of points in each Divi- sion shall be declared Cham- plons of such Division except where a Division is divided into two Sections when the Cham- plons of that Division shall be decided in manner hereinafter provided. In the event of two or more Clubs in 1 Division or Section of a Division being equal in points at the head of the League Table a deciding game or games will be arranged by the Committee, extra time being played if necessary. If a "Divi- sion is divided into two Sections then at the end of the Season the following deciding games shall be arranged.
(a) Home and Away matches shall be played between the two Clubs having respectively the greatest number. of points in each Section. Points to be awarded as follows: for a win- two points, for a draw-one point. A deciding game if neces- sary shall be played and in the event of the score being equal at the call of time an extra ten minutes each way shall be play- ed. The winning Club - shall then be declared the Champlons of the Division.'
(b) The losing Club of sub- clause (8) hereof shall then play the Club of the other Section having the next greatest number of points in the same manner as provided in sub-clause (a) hereof. The winning Club under this sub-clause shall then be de- clared the Runners-up of the Division.
