The story was literally "made to order" for Miss Franels, The original story by Warren Duff and Virginia Kellog, was tailored for Kay and no one else and so was the screen play by Casey Robinson.
In "Stolen Holiday," Miss Fran- eis rise from the ranks of the
mannequins begins when she meets Claude Rains. He comes to the modiste shop where she is working. and tells the manager that he has been delegated to select a model and some costumes to exhibit in Paris society. Kay is his selection. but when they are alone he reveals to her that what he really wants is a dinner companion with whom he can impress a rich banker.

The agreement was reached an principle and on general lines re- garding instructions which are to be given to the patrol ships but the actual formula is still being discussed.
