G." OHRNBERGER The ashes of the late Mr. George Ohraberger, co-pilot of the wreck- ed plane Cheklang whose body Was cremated in the Japanese Crematorium on Thursday were interred in the Protestant Ceme- tery yesterday in the presence of a large number of friends.
The body of Mr. Ohrnberger was picked up near Chilang Point, an Monday night and brought to Hong Kong aboard Chinese Maritime Customs, cruiser.

POSSESSION OF DYNAMITE
Two persons, a male and a female were caught in possession of dan- gerous goods without a permit. Barnett yesterday charged with possession of 401 detonators and three and a half sticks of dynamite on August 26 on -board junk H.3137 WHL His Wor- strip imposed a fine of $50 on each charge for the first defen- dant while the second was fined $10 or one month.

The hearing of the case in which Revenue Officer Harry Richard
Major is charged on two counts of accepting bribes of $200 from Li Yee on board the s.a. Wo Ping Yee and $40 from Ho Wing on board the 8.5. Fatshan, was continued be- fore Mr. W. Schofield at the Cer- tral Magistracy yesterday.
Mr. M. J. Abbott. Assistant Crown Solicitor. conducted the prosecution while Mr. D. B. Evans... appeared for the defence.
Regarding the wolfram ore which was stored on board the Wo Ping Yee on her voyage to Hong Kong, Li Yee, who was responsible for it being there, in evidende, said that the unmanifested cargo brought to the ship by sampans at Wuchow.

When the Wo Ping Yee arrived. in Hong Kong he was informed that the cargo was discovered by revenue officers. Witness said that he was told by a coolle that the Inspector wanted "tea. money" and he in return, offered a sum of $50. After further bargaining he agreed to pay $200 as demanded by the defendant.
The hearing was then adjourned.
