RESERVE FLEET SHIPS AT
DEVONPORT
Captain Ralph Kerr relinquished command on July 20 of HMS. Colombo and the post of Senior Omcer of the Reserve Fleet ships at Devonport. During his tenure the vessels in reserve at this-port have increased to about 24, and include six cruisers of the "C" class
Captain D. M. T. Bedford, who succeeds Captain Kerr, comes from the command of the Neptune in the 2nd Cruiser Squadron.
