TEARING UP THE PROCLAMATION IS REPORTED TO HAVE FIRED THREE SHOTS ONE OF WHICHI HIT A PEDESTRIAN. THE STUDENT WAS TAKEN OFF IN A JAPANESE TRUCK TO THE JAPANESE- AREA.
