At Graveside
Two men who had not seen one another since 1917, when one was a prisoner of war in a German camp at Frankfurt met in Great Burstead Churchyard, Essex, at the graveside of the crew of the Zeppelin L32.
They were Mr. W. E. C. Mc- Kenzie, of" Gardiners-lane, Wick- ford, and Herr Karl Schafer, of
Frankfürt, one of a party of, Ger- ex-Service men who had come to lay a wreath on the grave.
"Echfer and I instantly recog nise deach other." said Mr. Mc- Kenzie, who was one of a British Legion party to welcome them. "It was a wonderful moment for both of us."
