Tokyo: The spokesman of the Japanese Government categorically denied the report that Japan' wants control of all China north of the Yellow River in connection with the settlement of the Lukuo- chise incident. He declares that the local settlement signed on July 11, comprises nothing more or less than an apology for the incident, punishment of those responsible' and a future, guarantee including the control of anti-Japanese" agitation.--Reuter...
