Throughout Dr. Wellington's "ser vice in Hong Kong it has been my lot to have had many amelal dealings with him. and I have always found him to be patient and courteous, fair and reasonable, Be bas, as most of us must have found out, a mind of his own; but he is ever ready to laten to the. opposite side, and to try to see the other fellow's point of view.
