Record profits were earned by Morris Motors, Limited, in 1936. In their report the directors des- cribe the result of the year as eminently satisfactory. Gross trad- ing profits, including lacome from subsidiaries, rose from £1,550,441 for 1935 to £2,371,858, and invest- ment income rose from £121.165 to £170,089.
