The full Navni programme and detalls regarding the Chinese processions, routes and approximate' times for passing certain places are given below.'
The full Naval programme is as follows:-
At 8 am on May 12, all HM. Ships at buoys will dress overall.-
At noon, a Royal Salute of 31 Kuns will be fired by HM.S. Tamar, HMS. Eagle and H.M.S. Diomede.
Ships will be manned and on conclusion of the Royal Salute, Three, Cheers for His Majesty the King will be given. The signal to "Splice the Mainbrace" will then be made.
At sunset. H.M. Ships will un- dress...
At 8 pm. the illuminating cir- i cults in H.M. Ships and H.M, Dock- yard will be switched on; the sign al for this will be the bursting of a white rocket from H.M.S. Eagle.

Before Mr. K. M. A. Barnett at the Kowloon Magistracy on Satur- day a 18-year-old locksmith ap- prentice, L Kam, was charged with the theft of $7.50 from the Hip Yan Girls' School.

TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS Traffic control arrangements have now been completed and they indicate that inaugural processions are to take place on May 11, the day before Coronation.
