The fate of fourteen Hindenburg passengers is still unknown. but it is hoped that some will be found in the hospitals.

Captain Lehmann, who was among the sürvivors, was la suolr a grave condition that the last rites of the church had to be að- ministered. He told a visitor: "I don't know what happened. She Just went up."

An examination of the bodies shows that the victims include an unidentified local man who apparently stood there watching the
