In order that funds may be available for an aggressive pro- gramme of exploration and deve lopment on the lodę clairs' of the Tembls Gold Dredging Company at Banganlild, Cebu, 309,506 shares of the company are to be offered for sale at P0.40 per share. This aimount of shares constitutes 10 per cent of all shares subsoribed and paid up as of March 11; 1937. Every shareholder is to be allotted ten per cent of his holdings in the new issue..
In a report recently issued to Tambla shareholders, it is stated that the dredge started operations on December 15, 1938, after a thorough overhaul.
