The British Government has instructed the Ambassador in Spain, Sir Henry Chilton, to protest to the Salamanca authorities regarding Interference by their warships with the British steamers McGregor, Hamsterley and Stanbrooke which took food to Bilbao on April 23.
It is learned that the protest of the Burgos Government indi- cated in a Salamanca message has not yet been received-Reuter.
