The Italian action against In- dian traders in Ethiopia, the clos- mg of Indian chain stores there and the expulsion of their staffs, were points raised today in the Legislative Assembly by an Indian member. Washington, Apr. 2. Huge orders from England and elsewhere for steel for rearmament purposes were one of the factors causing the unhealthy increase in the rate of production and price rise of durable goods, as opposed to consumers' goods, President Roosevelt to-day asserted. He said the time had come to dis- courage over-rapid production in the heavy Industries and to en- courage greater distribution of consumers' articles.

He indicated his future policy would be to slow down the utillisa- tion by Government public works of the products of heavy indus tries, effecting thereby economies in relief 'organisation necessary to balance the budget, while continu- ing projects which put 'money directly into the pockets of the un- employed.-

When Mrs. Eddy learned that it is the physical senses which pre- sume to take issue with God's per fection, she saw that it is the im- presalons of these senses which constitute what the Bible terms the "carnat' mind," that "Is enmity against God." If God's man is all right, the mind or sense which says that he is partly wrong is a lying mind, a false sense. Mrs. Eddy calls this false sense of things mor- tal mind, ta disinguish it from Immortal Mind, which latter is properly spelled with a capital M, for it is true synonym for God.
