Presiding at the 48th ordinary annual meeting of shareholders of the Green Island Cement Company Limited, held at the Com- pany's offices, Exchange Building, yesterday, Mr. J. H. Taggart, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that it was regretted that notwithstanding the change of Government In South Chios, permit regulations had not been rescinded and the Company's cement was, therefore, still denied entry into South Chinn.
