K. Gerloff, of Courtlands, Ken-// nedy Road. appeared on a traffic summons before Mr. W. Schofield at the Central Magistracy yester- day, on the charge of passing moving motor vehicle on the left side of the road, while he was driving along Queen's Road East, about 11 p.m. on March 13.

Defendant said that the car in front gave him no chance to over- take it from the proper side.

In view of a clear record. his Worship Imposed the norminal fine

of 95.

A 17-year-old Chinese, Wong Wing, who had only been released on Saturday last after serving a term of imprisonment, was again brought before Mr. K. Keen at the Central Police Court yesterday on a charge of loltering with intent to commit a felony about 5. a.m. last Monday.

A term of one month was im- posed on him.

For the larceny of, and receiving a bottle of Cod liver oil from the Military Hospital. Lau Sam and Lau Sui, who were charged before Mr. K. Keen at the Central Magis- tracy yesterday, were each bound over in the sum of 850 for six months.
