Although fictitious as to char- acters and plot, Commander Frank Wead's screen play is based on fundamental facts. It is realistic of the extreme and thoroughly ac- curate, William L. Van Dusen, of the Pan-American Airways, hav- ing served as technical advisor.
BULLETS OR BALLOTS
Edward G. Robinson returns to the screen in "Bullets or Ballots,” scheduled as the feature attraction at the Oriental Theatre on Wed- nesday and Thursday.
Robinson's new role affords him all the opportunities for charac- terization, but in this picture he is not a gangster. He is a hard boiled detective determined to put the boldest and beat organized band of criminals known to his tory out of business.
