Six mard francs is to be the limit imposed upon the first part of the loan. As already surmised it will be issued at 98 per cent and the rate of interest will be 41 per cent, Subscription lists will be opened from March 12 to 25. Certificates are repayable either in French francs or in Swiss francs. through the Basel International Clearing House.~~-~
