CHINESE CRITIC OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS
THREE LAMPS ARE "OLD-FASHIONED"

From London, which he is visit- ing for the first time, he will go. to Manchester, Birmingham, She- field. Oxford, Farts, Berlin. Geneva and Rome.
"We have some street signal- ling lamps like yours." he said

It now has four colleges, com- prising 15 departments, with 1920 students, including 100 women.
Photographs which Prof. Chang carries show the complete equip ment in the engineering college. The seronautical department has its own Aying ground, two ma-
