An amelal public announcement will shortly be made in regard to the reconstruction of the German
war, feet. This announcement will
deal mainly with the construction- al programme of the German navy.
The new German fleet manual,
which, will give further details on the subject, is expected to appear sometime during December. In the publication in question, the German naval leaders will state
the present strength of the Ger- man war-fleet which has recently been placed on the stocks. The construction of the new German navy, will be consummated within the framework of the Anglo-Ger-
man
