London, Nov. 30. On Monday in the House of Commons, Mr. Anthony Eden made a declaration on the Ger- man-Japanese Agreement.

Mr. Eden sald that the text of the agreement had been communi- cated to the British 'Ambassadors in Tokio and Berlin abortly before publication. On this occasion the German Foreign Minister had as- sured H.M. Ambassador that no kind of military alliance exists between Germany and Japan. The Japanese Foreign Mialster declar- ed expressly, so Mr. Eden contin- ued, that no kind of secret alliance existed between Germany and Japan."
