At a meeting of the board of director of Consolidated Mines, Inc.. held in the offices of the com- pany recently the treasurer report- ed that of the 61,932.000 shares of stock offered for sale to stock- holders at P0.02 per share, 60,678,- 086 shares had been subscribed and paid for. In addition, the treasurer held defective or incomplete sub- scriptions for 941,350 shares. This left but 312,584 shares unsubscri- bed.
