RECREIO'S RECORD IN JUNIOR LEAGUE

NO MAJOR UPSETS

Results in the Senior League lawn bowls matches played on Sa- turday were much as anticipated except that the Cralgengower C.C. "B" team suffered a reverse at the hands of the lowly blac- ed Indian Recreation Club, by the convincing margin of 70. shots to 45. Kowloon Dock Recreation Club lowered the Kow- toon C.C. colours due in the main to G. Cooper's rink's (A. Cal. man, M. Ferguson and V. Ramsey) 24 shot victory over E Ç. Fincher's four (II. Gittins, V. C. Labrum, and J. M. Jack).

Craigengewer C.C. “A” are now a clear 10 points ahead from their nearest rivals the Club de Recreio, Kowloon Bowling Green Club are two points behind the Recreio men and the find placing for the runners-up place is still open.

The Club de Recreio Juniors broke their own 1936 aggregate record in the league when they totalled 95 against the Yacht Club beating their previous mark of 93 (v. K.C.C. on August -8). This is the fourth time they have reached the 30 mark.
