AN INTERVIEW WITH COLUMBIA'S SHORT SUBJECT PRODUCER

A new screen art is being deve- loped through the use of colour in animated cartoons and in short subjecia. And this screen art is calling for a new type of crafts- man, who must combine a keen sense ΟΙ the artistic with an appreciation of entertainment values...

This was revealed recently in an interview with Charles Mintz. creator of the "Colour Rhapsodies" and "Barney Google," animated cartoons released by Columb. Pictures Corporation.
