Complaint

Great dissatisfaction was expressed at the Government's re-' fusal to allow the residents of the Mikidle Levels the use of Bowen Road for Bght traffic, when the Mid-Levels Residents" Amociation held their annual general Meeting yesterday in the board rooms of Messrs. Jardine, Matheson and Co., Ltd, It was pointed out by one of the members that the road was being used by the Govern- ment officials and their cars, and as rate and tax payers, the members of the Mid-Levels should also be allowed the same "Dél- vilege.
