The revolting regiments from Sevilla joined troops from Morocco which landed at Sevilla and intend to march on Madrid, the advance on which Is likewise planned by the insurgent troops in the province of Burgos, according to the latest des- patches here.

Reports add that 6.000 miners from Asturias arrived in Madrid to defend the capital where they were immediately given arms from the State arsenats. Heavily armed Socialist and Com- munist workers are batrolling the streets and searching motor and requisitioning taxicabs. Streets and cafes are com- pletely deserted. Cinemas and theatres are closed.
