During the 24 hours ended at 9.00 a.m. yesterday, the freight returns, received from the Har bour Office, showed a moderate tonnage movemen

The total tonnage of general cargo carried by vessels to the Colony Was 10.538 tons, with British steamers carrying 4,078 top"

Through cargo for ports be- yond the Coloriy amounted to 11,131 tons, of which 2,792 tons were carried by British steamers.

Astatic deck passengers entering into the Colony during the 34 hours ended at 9.00 am, yesterday

of which 399 were 1.100. from British steamers.

There were altogether twenty arrivals, of which eleven were of British registry, the remainder being of other nationalities, while of the fifteen departures, six were British ships, the rest being of other different countries. Particu- lars as follows:- Nationality
