A charge of theft of a Jade bangle from a child was brought against Chan Fook-tsal, aged 17 unemployed, when he appeared be- fore Mr. Macfadyen at the Kow- Icon Magistracy yesterday. Chan Fook, aged 32, unemployed, was charged with receiving the bangle. The complainant was Mak Yee. 28, married woman.
