An announcement that the Macao Electric Lighting Company Ltd., had become general managers of the Macan Water Supply Company was made at the 25th annual meeting of the Electric Lighting company yes- terday.
In announcing a profit and dividend, despite a drop in revenue, the Chairman (Mr. F. J. Gellion) remark- ed that prospects were bright as disconnected consumers were rapidly returning.
DIVIDEND FOR YEAR

On the death of his father, deceased took over the bustness and since then has been actively associated in the printing trade. until his retirement some twenty years ago, when he made his home in Canton, after having founded companies both there and 11 Macao. Deceased lived in the southtem Chinese capital until 1025, when as a result of the trouble that prevalled there at that time. He deemed it better to reside in the Colony.
