In introducing the speaker the Chairman said that Mr. Schwartz was one of those people who travelled the world' and seemed to spend his time enjoying himself wherever he was. He was actually rotating, rotarian for he was a member und had addressed many meetings in various parts of the world.
In conversation with the speaker, said Mr. Forster, he, gathered that the emphasis of his talk would be on art for Mr. Schwartz was a carleaturist and a violinist.
