The discussions cover the nego- tiations for the Eastern Pact and the proposal for the Franco Soviet Treaty and the subsequent ex- changes regarding the validity of Locarno. They also include nago- tiations for an air part and air limitation.

EASTERN PACT

With regard to the Eastern: "Pact. two important points emerge iruni the
