Damage of $110 were award ed to Mr. J. C. Fitz-Henry, Deputy Superintendent of the Fire Brigade, by Mr. Justice Hayden in the Summary Court yesterday,
Mr. Fitz-Henry brought the action agains: Sub-Lieutenant A. A. Mowbray of H.M.S. Phoenix, following a collision between two ears in Magazine Gap Road near the Bowen Road station, in the early hours of December 26 last
year.
