Dr. R. F. Divecha, of Balford, Lancashire, defending a claim for 22 11s at Westminster County Court yesterday, by Dr. Ralph Henry Browne-Carthew, of Ashley-* place, S.W., said that he had want- ed a young man as locum tenens last August, and was surprised to find that Dr. Browne-Carthew was 80.
