The new electoral law promul- gated on Sunday stipulates that at the forthcoming Reichstag election, all those who are German citizens according to the law of Novem- ber 14, 1935, that is the so called "Nuremberg Legislation" and who have reached the age of 20 years, are entitled to vote in so far as 'not precluded from exercising the right, owing to the other causes such as the punishment for law- breaking. Any one who exercises to vote without being entitled thereto may be punished by a fine or im- prisonment.
