FULL DRESS REHEARSAL

Full Programme Of League Starting Times For

Soccer For Week-End

(BY: "PIVOT *) v

A full programme of league matches have been arranged for this week-end, and soccer enthusiasts will be watching the form - of the Shield semi-Analists in both divisions, in view of the fact that the games are being played off next week.

8. Chias "A" and "B" will try conclusion and this tall dress rehearsal will be keenly watched by both the Police and the Club. S. China "B" in their match against the R.U.R, last week did not To-day they will strike me as being potential shield winners. be playing without the services of Pan Ka Ping, while George Tsang will be brought in, to play on the right half position. There will also be one or two other positional changes in the team. Lee Wai Tong is definitely not turning up for the "A" elther. Lan Man will be back in his old berth while an experi- ment is being tried in the person of a new left winger.

GOOD GAMES PROMISED

1,

All in all the game ought to pro- duce some sparking football and the "B" with the memory of their Arst defeat..still fresh before them will go all out to win. I do not think their chances of obtaining both points are as bright as the "A's" and the game will "develope into the "A attack against the "B's" defence.

A good game should be seen on the Club ground, when the home team is entertaining the R.U.R. The Club will be playing at fuli of S. strength with the return Strange and Hill from Shanghal, while Robertson's inclusion will somewhat strengthen their inter- inediate line.

The Club will be faced with a stiff problem. The soldiers have proved that they are a team to be reckoned with. Their win over S. China "B" fully demonstrated this Lact. They will start the game with more confidence than before and the Club's middle line will be given a grueiling test.

Kowloon should be able to ob rain both points from the Lyeemun Gunners.. -Bliss will be seen in the centre half position while Boyd re- turns to the right half. They are belding out the best eleven and the soldiers with their poor league record, will yet lose another two points:
