In Goodwill Commission To Malaya

A cable has been received in Singapore from Chinese sources, which states an official report from Nanking confirms that Ad- iniral Chen Shau Kuan, Minister, of the Navy, has approved of the proposal of the Department of Overseas Chinese affairs to send a goodwill commission to Malaya oh board the cruisers Ninghai and EalyungTM

Rear-Admiral Chin Kwei Liang and Captain Wang Shau Ting wil command the two Chinese war- ships which will first proceed to the British colonies in the South Bens before going to Japan.

The Chinese commission may leave Nandng in the latter part

of next month.
