The ques tion whether a larger sum are- coverable depends on whether the Supreme Court rules as unconsti- butional the amendment to the AAA.. stipulating that in the event of the ALALA... proving un- constitutional the pricdssors should. be able to sue the Government only for return of such part of the processing tax which they could prove has been paid from normal profits and not passed to the con- sumer.
