The Berliner Tageblatt draws attention to the President's division of the countries of the world into expansionist nations with autocratic regimes on the one hand and peace-loving de-.. mocracies on the other hand, and to the statement that 85 to 00 per cent of the nations of the world are content with their frontiers, the remaining 10 to 15 per cent. being responsible for disturbing world peace.
