ROLAND WEST STORY DISPUTED

Los Angeles, December 21.

The theory that Miss Theima Todd, the film actress, - was murdered gains support from a statement alade" by Mr. Tom Cavett, the District Attorney's investigator, who дож reveals that he found bloodstains on the running board of her car.

Miss Todd's body was found slumped over the steering wheel of her car last week, the police being then of the opinion that she had been dead two days when the body was discovered. A post-mortem examination, according to the authorities, revealed traces of monéxide in her blood.

3

Mr. Cavett believes that Miss Todd may have been engaged in a struggle while in the car' and managed to get out of it when she fell back unconscious.
