Mr, Potter, Instructed by Mr. 2. 6. C. Brooks appeared for the plaintiff arm, and the defendants were represented by Mr. Leo D'Almada, jr.,, instructed by Mr. J. T. Prior.

The case for the plaintiffs was that the defendants wrongfully converted half of the woftram opě stored in their place as security for a loan of $97,000 and that they took advantage of their property and gambled in exchange, and "put the difference in their pockets.
