SIR ARTHUR KEITH'S TRIBUTE Mr. Horace Annesley Vachell proposed the health of Mr. Morley Roberts, who, in his reply, referred to his early struggling days when he was destitute in San Franciscó. "I sometimes think what a great thing it would have been if could have had this dinner when I had no money, nowhere to go, and no friends," he said. "I have known what it is like to walk for three nights without a place to sleep.
The Sixth National Athletic Meet which was concluded here on October 20 was certainly a great success, viewed from every angle, declared, Dr. Philip K. C. RATIONAL CHANGE Concluding, Dr. Tyau remarked that there were many instances which indicated a rational change in the public concept of sports manship which, in his opinion, is a very gratifying sign of steady progress in physical education in this country.
