He was sent to hospital, but was discharged, as the wound was not serlous. About, 8.15 p.m. on Monday complainant was in Temple Street when de fendant came up and assau.ted him. Complainant shouted out and defendant ran away. He was folowed by a crowd to Shanghai Street where he ran up the stair- way of No. 128. The extradition proceedings against Chiu Shiu-ing, alias Tsui Kau, alias Chan Siu-fun, wanted by the Canton authorities in con- nection with a robbery a Ko Sa village, Blu Lam, Chung Shan District, in the province of Kwang- tung on May 5 ast, were conclud- ed before Mr. W.
