Premier Goering's Statement

(Special to the “Hong Kong Daur Presa" (Cupgrigul)a

Breslau, Oct. 27.

In a noteworthy speech deliver- conference of

ed here ELL the

Silesian party leaders, Premier Goëring gave a comprehensive account of the Nationalist-Socialist Government's achievements since the party's rise to power almost three years ago. Amid thunderous applause, the Premier fald special stress on Germany's recovery of her military Independence, stating that "only Hitler and his National Socialists proved capable of 'taking such a bold decision”, and remind- ing his hearers that the German people have to thank the victory of the Swastika for every battalion, every cannon and every airplane they now possess.

I

Referring to the law enacted at the recent Nuremberg rally, mak- ing the Swastika fag the sole official flag of the German Reich, Goering said "I had the honour to Justify this law at the party rally, and I did so with all respect for the old lorious black, white and red banner, which would have waved triumphantly over the battle fields. There is however, no doubt that every state and every epoch must have its own distinc- tive symbol, Only persons who krę colour piind could, moreover, fall to recoenise that the colours of the Reich's new symbol black white and red. This in it- self is evident that the only vic- torious emblem under which, tor twelve years we have fought, suffered-and-finally-won-may-one day wave over Germany."

REVENUE FROM RUBBISH Sauerland, Jebsen's, November 8.

Until comparatively recently the refuse ccllected in great cities was burned and went completely to waste. but under modern methods of disposal, not only is nothing wasted. but this essential work results in actual revenue accruing to the city. When it is stated that the amount of domestle, trade and Industrial refuse dealt with in the largest cltles in Bri- tain reaches a total 1 several hundred thousand tons each year, it will be realised how important this subject is.

irritable Children

80-

"I have examine ed many called difficult and cross chil

dren and could prove that in most instances the children suf- fered from lack of calcium in "the body,"

writes a well-known specialist.

In the "Strand Magazine of March 1933, the well-known food expert, Miss Kathleen" Dane, writes:

Many children of the irritable, nervous type, owe their state to a deficiency of organic salts, particularly calcium, notwithstanding the fact that the dietary appears to be properly balanced. Such youngsters do well when the diet is reinforced by a well-retained mineral food, such as Kalzana, which medical men "all over the country are now recommending."

Your quickly-growing child needs extra calcium to help the formation of straight bones, bealthy teeth, and a strong conatinition. Start your boy or girl on a course of Kalzana-you will be surprised at the all-around improve- ment Kalzans effects. Irritability disappears, appetite. returns and soon the formerly difficult child will be a happy, healthy youngster' again.
