The world's apparent consump
for the firs; "eight tion of tin months of 1935 fatalled 90:010 tons, an increase of 11,802 tons com- pared with the corresponding period of last year, according to the International Tin Research Development Counell. The total basis, production, on the same was 84.929 tons an increase of 14,308 tons.
It is revealed that United States consumption for the year ended August, 1935. Increased 11.9 per cent. to 54,160 tons, while the Rus- stan and Italian consumption for the same period reached high re- cords at 3.345 and 5,362 bor19 respectively. This represented an increase in the case of Rusala of 20.1 per cent, and, in the case of Italy, of 34.4 per cent Reuter
