Management Committee by the rules of the Hong Kong Amateur Football League, and unless there is evidence before us that the League Management Committee in the discharge of their duties, bad proceeded on the wrong principle. namely, had taken into account
considerations which should not have so been taken into account. the Appeals Board should not in- terfere with any decision as to the any team playing quality of arrived at by the League Manage- ment Committee.
"In this case we are satisfied from the evidence of the repre- sentative of the League Manage- ment Committee (after hearing the representatives of the Easterti Athletic Association) that each of "Under rule 49 of the Hong the probable players whose names Kong Football Association rules, were submitted were most careful- the Eastern Athletic Association ly considered as to his playing has a right of appeal from the merits and that the League Man- decision of the League Manage-agement Committee arrived at a Committee.
