KING'S JUBILEE VISIT
To The Highlands

The biggest crowd" that has ever welcomed the King to "Deeside greeted him at Aberdeen Station this morning on his Jubilee visit to Scotland. ་་་
His Majesty was on his way to Balmoral from Sandringham, and the Royal train stopped here for ten minutes.
Long before the train was dite the station was packed, and people were standing on seats and lug- gage-trolleys to get a better view. Barricades partitioned off the gally decorated part of the plat form, where the Royal carriage was to halt.

The Arst sight the waiting crowd had of the King through the windows of the Royal train. As it came to a standstill he was seen seated at the window, and a great cheer rang through the station.
